And it's back to the conversation thing. Hopefully ya'll are like me and find character-on-character byplay just as interesting, because otherwise...sorry, ya'll are gonna have a hard time over the next few pages.

Personally, I'm happy with how things are going. Action is fun and pretty...ish (ok actually, if I could go through most of this comic without gratituitous action scenes, I'd be happy) but it doesn't do much to advance the story. However, not too sure how the rest of ya'll feel about it.

Technically, I'd say that this whole thing is meant to be read complete, in as few sittings as possible, preferably in book format so there are no load times between pages, and while bi-weekly updates save ME lots of frustration, it's not going to be much help to those of you more interested in flashy action sequences. So bear with me, be patient, and when in doubt/bored, re-read. Blue Skunk is also meant to be re-read.

Oh, and to all you artists out there: When one is working in Photoshop, and one is using all the "weird color tricks" layers, such as Linear Dodge and Linear Light, and one notices that her colors are not behaving the way they did yesterday, before one freaks out and starts attempting to troubleshoot her computer searching for the dastardly worm devowering her essential Photoshop files...it might be a good idea for one to check and make sure that the colors for the document are RGB and not CMYK.

That really sucked.

Other News: We broke the website!

Actually, no, we didn't. We just...well, kind of broke it. Obviously it's back now, and hopefully, if I can get my rear in gear, that will never, ever happen again. Did it irritate any of you? I have no idea! No "Are you alright" e-mails or "thank god it's back" comments or forum posts. Are you SURE you guys appreciate this site? Kidding, kidding.

Though in all seriousness, folks, if you really like Blue Skunk, or any other comics on the Spider Forest network, you could always help us out by either 1. use the network's paypal donation button...thingy or 2. use the individual comic's paypal donation button...thingy...and let the aritsts take it from there. Supporting the things you like is a very good thing, children. It keeps the things you like from going away. (Note: This does not apply to the two people who do use the forum. I love you guys. You're the best.)

And on that dismal and not to encouraging note...I'm off, returning to reality. See ya'll...holy cow, next month. May already. Who can believe it. - Chelsea Gaither
