Comments and News - Thursday, August 25, 2005 At this point I was somewhere between "Hurry up and get to the story" and "hurry up and make more pages faster". This was an exparament in cutting corners. Do some panels fast, and spend a little time on making one panel really, really pretty. I wanted to see what it would take to do one page in one whole day.
I promise I will never, ever, ever do this again.
...and it's currently really, really late, so I'm going to go sleep and think of more interesting things to say in the morning.

The downside to this should be obvious. That is one BIG storm. To any readers I may or may not have in LA, MS or AL, God I hope you guys are ok. I've got family in New Orlenes--who are now here, watching and wondering whether or not they'll have a home to go back to--and just from the little bit I can see from TV, it's horiffic there. I really hope that those of ya'll who are effected by this are either safe, warm and dry or very, very, very far away from Katrina. You've been in my prayers.
Other News:
In case you're wondering/worried about me...don't. Worry about everybody east of Lousiana. It's a beautiful day in Texas, probably hot as hell--I haven't gone outside yet today, as I have no interest in baking--so the most I need to worry about is my family. :(.
Lookie, new voting incentive. Chapter one wallpaper, which I finally fixed so that I CAN offer it to you guys. I really, really, really got to organize the huge amount of wallpaper I've got sitting around here...anyway, there it is. All you gotta do is vote.
