Well, I'm nowhere near satisfied with this page either (How the heck did I let that last panel get through????) but I remind myself about how tired I get at 2am, which is how late I usually stayed up for these pages. I also have to remind myself that you and I will be really, really bored if I get stressed/sick/move again and DON'T have a nice, fat buffer to take up the slack. So...perfection exchanged for consistancy, and I content myself with the prayer that perfection will catch up. Eventually.

News: Still researching print companies. There's two that I'm seriously considering now, one that's free for me but more expensive for you, one that's cheaper all around but has a start up fee...which I don't have. By the time I HAVE something worht printing (meaning, gone through and fixed all mistakes, redrawn the icky art, added a ton of polish, a'la redo) I probably (hopefully!!!) will. I'm leaning more towards the cheaper-with-setup-fee.

Also: I've decided to take a SHORT break during October. It will be exactly one week and it will give me a little more breather room. There's a very natural break in the story--from a storyteller's perspective, at least (insert insane laughter here)--with a finish that required a little extra effort to get close to right, so I've decided to throw the effort into it and take a break so I can finish a couple of comittments I'm behind in. - Chelsea Gaither
