Little bit of symbolizm here. No, Sarah has not been zapped into another dimension. It's just a little bit like how you would feel if most of your life you'd only been able to see the unobstructed view right in front of you, and then suddenly your POV was everything, everywhere, all at once.

...that's all you get right now. Sorry. Well, that and the pretty picture.

Why did I do the pretty picture? Because I wanted to do a pretty picture. It'd been a while since the last time I'd done one, and I wanted to see how well (or not well) a few techniques lent themselves to actual digital paintings. What was REALLY fun was doing the space/scene behind her and figuring out new and different ways to get it to look realistic. That. Was. Fun.

In Other News: Yeah, news update's late, whereas the comic isn't. That's because the page was done in April, and the news stuff is usually done at one fifteen in the morning the day of the update. It wasn't done last night because I was, for once, asleep at a sane hour. I went and got myself another (PART. TIME.) job. The w*rk word sucks, ladies and gentlemen. But at least it's only PART TIME this time.

...in theory. For future reference, never tell your boss "I can help out anytime you need me." YOUR definition of "need" and THEIR definition of "need" are in seperate galaxies. Also, never work in a resturant during mother's day weekend. Especially not a NICE resturant.
